How to book
Airport Transfers Reservations:
- Start selecting the "Type of Transfer:". By changing this field, the booking form will display only the fields requested, to your reservation. You can book your transfer, return or one way. If you book one way from Faro Airport, then in Portugal, you can book the return to the driver, during the arrival transfer.
- Select your "Destination Resort: *" from the list.
- Select the "Number of Persons:", Adults, Children and Infants.
* After your complete the three fields above, the price will be displayed. The price is calculated per car, according to the number of persons.
- "Children seats:" If you need Boosters or baby seats, indicate here how many do you need. If your baby is to small and you need a special baby seat, please let us know in the special requests field.
- "Title:" Mr., Mrs, or Mrs?
- "Booking Name:" Enter here, the name that the driver will use, to wait for you.
- "E-mail:" Use a valid email address, as we need to reply to your booking. By using a wrong email address, we can not send the confirmation voucher. After submit your booking, you should receive the confirmation in your email box. If you don't receive the confirmation, please contact us.
- "Mobile Number:" Mobile phone number, will be used only if we notice that you inserted a wrong email address, or to contact you regarding any subject of the service. This number will never be given to anyone else.
- "Arrival Day:" Enter the arrival date at the Airport. This field will be hide if you select the Type of Transfer, one way to the airport.
- "Arr. Flight Number:" The number of your arrival flight.
- "Arr. time at Faro:" What time is your flight arriving at the airport in Portugal.
- "Leaving From:" Enter here the name of the Airport, your flight is departing.
- "Depart/Return day:" Enter the date you want be pick-up, to the Airport. This field will be hide if you select the Type of Transfer, one way from the airport.
- "Dep. Flight Number:" Flight number of your departure, from Portugal.
- "Faro Departure Time: " The time that your plane take off, from the airport in Portugal. Please, enter the exactly flight time, as we calculate the pick-up time, from your place, using this time We will include the pick-up time, in your confirmation.
- "Accommodation address:" Where you stay or where you are, in Portugal. If you gone stay in a hotel, just enter the Hotel name. If you are staying in a private address, please enter the full address.
- "Special Requests:" In a way to prepare your transfer, let us know if your are bringing extras. (Example: If you are 6 persons, with 6 bags and 6 golf bags, will use a bigger car, to make sure we don't have problems to take all your luggage.)
- "Book this transfer - Next Step >" After you finish, all the requested fields, by clicking this button, the system will open a second page. On the second page you need to confirm all the details inserted on the booking form. If there is something wrong, you can go back to change your booking. On the second page click on the "Send Booking" button to confirm your booking. The system will send your reservation to us and a confirmation voucher with all the details for your email box.
